Terms of Service

I. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by Drailfides Digital UG, including software development, consulting, and contract work. Specific project terms may be agreed separately in writing.

II. Services

We provide software engineering services including web application development, SaaS product development, and technical consulting. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in separate agreements.

III. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents. We remain liable for injury to life, body or health caused intentionally or negligently. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

For breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability for slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

IV. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights to work product delivered under a contract are transferred to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and experience gained during project execution.

V. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law or necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.

VI. Data Processing

Personal data collected through this website or in the course of providing services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, Germany.

VIII. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder. We may amend these Terms where necessary to reflect changes in law or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or on this website.
